| Beth's bridal bouquet placed against the antique-green copper lily leaf at Meadowlark Gardens--where John and Beth were married--served to inspire this piece of art. To preserve the brilliant white of the orchids, John used a chalk 'brush' to paint their shapes, then used the photograph below to paint in the leaves, stem, and copper leaf sculpture behind them. |
